- Nothing is printed or output until you say go.
- Your files are deleted once the job is finished — we do not archive them, so please keep your own copy.
Questions about sending files
What format should I send?
A print-ready PDF is best — fonts embedded, images at full resolution, bleed included. We also take AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG and PNG. If you have a lot of files, put them in a ZIP.
My file is bigger than 100 MB.
Get in touch and we'll arrange another way. Very large files are usually better brought in on a drive anyway.
Can you fix a file that isn't ready?
Yes — that's a normal part of the work. It affects the timing, and we'll tell you what it involves before we start.
Do you keep my files?
No. Your files are deleted once the job is done. We do not archive customer work, and we take no responsibility for holding on to it — always keep your own copy. If you want a file kept for future repeats, say so at the time and we will arrange it; storing a file, and pulling it back out of the archive later, may carry a charge.
